†††I was born in the eastern region of Ghana, into a pagan family. I attended a Roman Catholic school and as a requirement became a member of that church by simply answering a series of questions from a priest, I grew up in the Catholic faith and was selected for service as a mass servant. In fact, anybody selected felt that was good fortune as after the mass the priest will bless us.
†††After my salvation, I joined a Baptist church and served under the and foreign missionaries for 8 years. I served as Sunday School teacher and became superintendent and a lay preacher. It was in my home church that the Lord called me into full-time ministry. Answering the call, I went to Bible School and graduated. I have also completed leadership courses on Christian education.
†††I am in full-time evangelism. We reach the neglected folks in our society with the Gospel. We minister to the handicapped. We work with the deaf and with prisoners in the country. My ministry also involves the planting of independent deaf churches. I have led a substantial number of people to Christ and baptized many of them and trained three men for the ministry. Speaking 5 languages, helps me reach a variety of people.
†††We have no regular income but God blesses us through gifts from individual Christians and the local church. Your additional help will greatly enhance our ministry.
Every 4 months sponsorship funds are sent to the preachers. With it goes a Missionary Report Form for each one to complete and return to our office. After compilation of statistics they are forwarded by mail or email to the sponsors. Below are past report forms from this preacher. They have been modified to protect the financial data of the sponsor.
I was born in a Christian family who went to church every Sunday and I sang in the choir.I thought I was going to heaven.A Baptist preacher came and witnessed and I realized I was a sinner. At this time I surrendered my life to Jesus and was baptized. In a discipleship class I was taking, I heard the pastor read Isaiah 6:8.I realized God was looking for men to join His army so I went forward.God touched my heart to go to Bible School.I surrendered my life completely to Him and now I am serving God all the time.
My wife was born in a non-Christian home. When I went with the Baptist pastors to evangelize, we met her and her parents. We witnessed to her at that time and she was saved. She came the next Sunday to service and promised to come every week.We were married later and now she is teaching a Sunday School class and is a wonderful mother to seven children.
