In 1975, I was 14 years old when missionary Jerry Daniels started the Independent Baptist Ministry in Eldcref. He scheduled a three day Cinema and preaching in a Social Hall. He showed the Ten Commandments film on Thursday, the Crucifixion of Jesus on Friday, and on Saturday, he showed the Burning Hell film. This was a chilling one and many people surrendered their lived to Jesus. He preached about repentance. I was one of the people who accepted Jesus Christ that night. In 1986, old enough to choose, I joined Huruma Baptist Church. I was baptized in November 1992 and was appointed as an elder and a service leader.

In 1994 Trinity Baptist Chuch was planted where I was sent as a Sunday School Teacher and a Service leader. While there I felt the urge in my heart to join the Bible School. I joined it in 1996 and was awarded the diploma in 1998. That same year I became the pastor of Neema Baptist Church after the pastor left for another ministry. I have delighted in serving the Lord for over 15 years now.

My wife was 17 years old when the Landmark Baptist church elders were evangelizing door to door in her area. They visited her house and witnessed to her and she realized that there was something more important because up until that point she believed she was a Christian just because her parents were. She confessed and repented of her sins and acknowledge Jesus as her Savior! When she came to Eldoret she joined Huruma Baptist church and that is where we met and got married. Since then she has been very supportive of our ministry.

I am involved in church planting, open air evangelism, literature distribution, tribal evangelism, discipleship, evangelism, Bible teacher, and slum ministries.
