My mother and father were Christians and all the people thought I was a Christian. When I began to study at the Esdras Bible School in March 1984, I felt that I was not safe in the Lord. In 1984, I gave my life to the Lord. I was 20 years old. I was very happy after I received the Lord. The brothers of the congregation called me to preach the Word of God. In 1989 the Church of Seytral in Ixtahucha called me part time. In 1990, I went to another work to the national tribe.
I have helped to start 7 congregations and 1 church. A church is at least 30 baptized members and a congregation is anything less. I have trained two men to work in ministry. My present ministry involves church planting, open air evangelism, and discipleship of new believers. We work in camps and at domestic works to evangelize. We also teach music to the women and children. I have led 50 people to the Lord and I speak Mam and Spanish. Our work is mostly with the tribal group Mam.
Since our people are poor, ~ receive very little money from the churches. We live in an adobe house which has one room and a kitchen. Our house does have a bathroom but it does not work. We eat mostly com, beans and rice. We grow some of our food but mostly we have to buy it at the market. Your financial help will be a blessing to us. Our family will eat and dress better because of you.

Every 4 months sponsorship funds are sent to the preachers. With it goes a Missionary Report Form for each one to complete and return to our office. After compilation of statistics they are forwarded by mail or email to the sponsors. Below are past report forms from this preacher. They have been modified to protect the financial data of the sponsor.
